This Privacy Policy explains how MatrixLink collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our VPN key portal and dedicated plans.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your email and optional display name, authentication details (including provider type), dedicated-plan membership and whether you are a coordinator, referral relationships (who invited whom and the code used), billing and credit transaction history, key metadata for keys you buy or that a coordinator issues, and service records needed to run accounts and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to provide account access, process credit top-ups and purchases, issue and manage VPN keys, operate dedicated plans, apply referral rewards, secure the platform, detect abuse, send transactional email, and provide customer support.

3. Google Sign-In Data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and stable Google account identifier (sub) for account linking and fraud prevention. We do not access your Google password.

4. VPN connection data

For keys on our servers we read connection data from the Outline server, including bytes transferred, the time traffic was last seen, and a peak device count. We use this to show usage, apply plan transfer pools, and detect abuse. We do not store the contents of your VPN traffic.

5. Email

We send transactional email such as verification codes, password-reset codes, and dedicated-plan notices. Our mail log stores the recipient, subject, delivery status, and any error. Message bodies are not stored.

6. Payments

When you buy credits, we send the order amount, pay currency (such as LTC or USDT), and an order reference to NOWPayments so they can collect the payment and we can credit your account. We do not receive your wallet seed or exchange password.

7. Data Controller

MatrixLink acts as the controller of the personal data collected through this portal for account, billing, dedicated-plan, and security operations.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with infrastructure providers, NOWPayments for credit top-ups, and email delivery providers, only as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

9. Data Retention

We retain account, referral, and transaction records for operational, security, and compliance needs. Data retention periods may vary based on legal requirements and dispute handling.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

11. Your Choices

You may contact us to request account updates or account deletion, subject to legal and security obligations.

12. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries where our hosting, email, and payment providers operate. We apply reasonable safeguards for cross-border processing.
