Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of MatrixLink, including the self-serve portal for purchasing and managing VPN access keys and contracted dedicated plans for teams. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must provide accurate account information, including any display name, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. If you are a coordinator on a dedicated plan, you are also responsible for the keys you issue, rename, or deactivate on that plan.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MatrixLink for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including actions that violate local laws, infringe rights, or disrupt network operations.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the service for spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, infringement of intellectual property, or attempts to bypass system security controls.

4. Credits, top-up, and referrals

Credits buy self-serve VPN plans and keys. You can add credits by paying with LTC or USDT through our payment processor, NOWPayments. Credits are added after that processor confirms the payment. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law. If you use a referral code, both the inviter and the referred account may receive credit rewards after a qualifying top-up. Referral rewards are portal credits, not cash, and we may withhold them if the referral does not qualify or these terms are violated.

5. Self-serve plans and keys

Plan details such as data limits and validity periods are shown in the portal at purchase time. Access keys are meant for Outline-compatible clients. A per-key data limit enforced by Outline follows Outline’s own rolling window, which is separate from a dedicated-plan transfer pool.

6. Dedicated plans

Dedicated plans are provisioned by agreement, not by spending credits in the self-serve shop. MatrixLink attaches the servers and invites coordinators. Coordinators may issue, rename, and deactivate keys for that plan. A plan transfer pool may reset on a rolling 30-day window or on a calendar day in the plan’s time zone, as shown in the portal. Contract length and coordinator access are managed by MatrixLink.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or limit parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixLink is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where MatrixLink operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
